At Bridgeton Global Investor Services, we provide a team of skilled brokers who are committed to bringing quality research, innovative strategy and superior customer service to each of our clients - regardless of trade volume. We stand committed to offering clients consistent services at an exceptional value. In fact, our execution and clearing rates are some of the lowest in the industry.

We recognize that our clients desire full disclosure of their trading fees right from the start. No surprises. Our philosophy regarding commissions is to provide a truly transparent fee structure, driven by trade activity and marked with consistent personalized service.

What are the Trading Commission and Fees?

When you execute a trade, two types of fees will apply:

(1) Trading Commission – this is the rate quoted to you by Bridgeton for services provided

(2) Transaction Fees – ranging from $3 to $5 per market per round turn, transaction fees are consistent for all traders and include a clearing fee, National Futures Association fee, and market transaction fees. Portions of the transaction fees are charged both when you initiate and close a position.

All traders will proactively receive discounts for increased activity and/or significant migration to self-directed electronic order entry.

When are Trading Commissions Charged?

Bridgeton quotes commissions for trading “a contract round turn.” A round turn commission quote is the total price for entering and exiting a position.

Futures Contracts – half your round turn rate will be charged after entering the position and the other half when you close the position. Transaction fees are will be charged both when you initiate and close a position.

Options Contracts - the full round turn rate and transaction fee will be charged when you enter the position.

What are Bridgeton’s Starting Commission Rates?

New Traders – a base rate of $45 round turn applies. This negotiable rate is only applicable until Bridgeton is able to analyze your individual activity level. This analysis may take up to two weeks. After this initial period, most traders notice a significant reduction in fees.

Experienced and Professional Traders - commission quotes are based on prior and anticipated activity level.
